I. TEMPORARY - CONSULTING - CONTRACT

A. Rates
TSOC's direct pricing results in competitive salaries for our employees and aggressive pricing, temp-to-perm discounts, and volume discounts for our clients. Unless determined by contract, all costs are included in the quoted rate and work is invoiced weekly.

B. Insurance
TSOC maintains all statutory coverage including Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, Disability, Comprehensive General Liability, Errors & Omissions and Blanket Bonding with specific third party endorsement to the client.

C. Conversion Fee Schedule (Temp-to-Perm Discount)
In the event that a TSOC employee or consultant is hired by your company, a fee will become due to TSOC. This fee is discounted based on the employee's starting salary as follows: 25.0% minus 1.0% per week of work completed, towards a final conversion fee of 10.0%. Client Company must confirm this schedule in writing with TSOC prior to the assignment start date in order to qualify for this discount program. Fees are payable net 20 days from commencement of employment.


II. PERMANENT RECRUITMENT FEE PROGRAM

TSOC'S placement fees are payable by the employer and are contingent upon a candidate being hired. Fees are due net 20 days from the commencement of employment. Negotiations with a referred candidate constitutes acceptance of these terms. Fees are based on the employee's first year compensation package and are discounted based on the employer's previous twelve months of placement activity as follows:

First Placement - 25.0%
Second Placement - 22.5%
Third Placement - 20.0%
Fourth Placement - 17.5%
Fifth And Additional Placements - 15.0%


TSOC provides a comprehensive ninety day guarantee with each placement. If, however, a placement termination is due to a general reduction in workforce or relocation of position or firm, then the fee is earned and due. We refer all candidates who are qualified by job related standards of education, training, experience, and personal qualifications without regard to: race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age or handicap.
